OREM, Utah - Authorities have arrested a man accused of robbing a woman at gunpoint in a Utah credit union.

Police said 35-year-old Michael David Taylor allegedly robbed a 29-year-old woman at a Utah Community Credit Union ATM in Orem on New Year's Day.

According to police, Taylor pointed a gun through the woman's car window and demanded money.

Officials said the suspect took her money, phone and car keys and ran.

Police found Taylor at a friend's house near the credit union Wednesday and took him into custody.

Taylor is now facing charges for aggravated robbery, drug possession and failing to register as a sex offender.
