- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 cup fresh salsa
- 4 cups tortilla chips
- 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup tomatoes, chopped
1/4 pickled jalapeño peppers - 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 guacamole
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Heat oil in a skillet up to medium high heat. Brown the ground beef with salt and pepper; drain. Stir in salsa; simmer 2 min., stirring occasionally.
Arrange chips on baking sheet. Top with meat mixture and cheese. Bake for 5-6 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
