$2,000 reward offered for info after fawns, pregnant doe found dead

BOX ELDER COUNTY, Utah – Two fawns and a pregnant doe were found dead after they were run over by a vehicle in Box Elder County and now the Humane Society of Utah is offering a reward for information.

It is now offering $2,000 for information that leads to an arrest and conviction of those responsible for running down the three deer with a vehicle and leaving them to suffer and die.

According to the Division of Wildlife Resources, conservation officers found two fawns and a pregnant doe near a grain field on the Long Divide Road in Box Elder County between Fielding Newton.

DWR officials said someone had chased the animals through the field before running over them with a vehicle.
