SALT LAKE CITY -- Saint Patrick’s Day isn’t until Tuesday, but The Gateway was crowded with a parade of green Saturday.
Floats, bands, dancers, and more began at 400 West and 200 North Saturday Morning and made their way through The Gateway shopping center to 200 South, and the annual event is the work of The Hibernian Society of Utah.
The Hibernian Society is a non-profit organization that works to promote and preserve Irish history, especially among Utahns with Irish ancestry. Visit their website for more information.
