FOX 13 News sister station FOX 2 in St. Louis reports that “Nelly” was believed to be traveling on the bus to his hometown of St. Louis when the bus was stopped for not having the correct stickers in Tennessee.

“Nelly” was booked on charges of felony possession of drugs, simple possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Another man on the bus, 44-year-old Brian Jones of St. Louis, was booked on a charge of being a felon in possession of a handgun, according to a press release from the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
