- 4 T Butter
- 2/3 Cup Fresh Pineapple
- ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 2/3 Cup Whole Milk
- 2/3 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- Salt
Preheat oven to 400°
Place Cast Iron pan (10”) in oven while preheating (Pan needs to be 400° as well)
STEP 1
Mix:
- 4T Butter
- ¼ Cup Brown sugar
STEP 2
Mix: (in separate bowl)
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 Cup Whole Milk
- 2/3 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- Pinch of Salt
STEP 3
Add 2/3 Cup Pineapple into a hot cast iron pan and stir until it becomes caramel-like
Take mixture from STEP 2 and add to the same cast iron pan.
Step 4
Place the Cast Iron pan in the oven and cook for 10 minutes.
