LAYTON, Utah - Two men have been arrested after allegedly meeting up with a 13-year-old boy for sex Sunday.
Layton officials said 28-year-old David Ellis and 20-year-old Dakota Freeman are facing charges after independently meeting the boy on "Grindr," and then going to a hotel where he and his parents were staying.
Officers said one of the men came to the hotel early Sunday morning and engaged in sexual activity with the teen.
As the suspect was leaving, the boy's parents got suspicious and called the police but he left before authorities arrived.
When officers got to the hotel, a second man arrived for a sexual encounter with the boy and was arrested.
Police later found the first suspect at a home in Clearfield Sunday.
Ellis is facing felony charges for dealing in material harmful to a minor and the sexual exploitation of a minor.
