Police seek public’s help in finding stolen tractor worth $130K

WEST HAVEN, Utah — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a tractor stolen out of West Haven.

A Komatus PT250-5, front-end loader was taken from the area of 3424 S. 2700 West between 6 p.m. Monday to 7 a.m. on Tuesday, according to a Facebook post from Weber County Sheriff’s Office.

The tractor owners were doing construction work in the area.

The tractor has bright green “Ormond Construction” stickers on it and brand new tires. It is valued at about $130,000.

Anyone with information regarding the theft is asked to call the sheriff’s office Investigations Bureau at 801-778-6631.
