Two in critical condition, another with minor injuries after crash in Lehi

LEHI, Utah -- Two men suffered critical injuries and another had minor injuries after a crash involving a small car and a flat-bed truck in Lehi Wednesday afternoon.

Police in Lehi said the crash occurred at the intersection of 3200 North and 175 East Wednesday afternoon, and while the crash is under investigation it appears the smaller car may have failed to yield the right of way.

Two men riding in the passenger car suffered critical injuries, and the driver of the flat-bed truck suffered minor injuries. One man was air-lifted to Utah Valley Regional Medical Center and another was taken to a nearby hospital via ambulance.

Video from the scene shot by a FOX 13 News viewer shows the medical helicopter and various emergency responders at the scene. Police said it does not appear that drugs or alcohol were factors in the crash.

The names of those involved have not yet been released.
