SALT LAKE CITY – A 45-year-old man is behind bars after he threatened a security guard with a handgun after he and his wife were kicked out.
Officers said staff at Club Elevate told Luis Rincon and his wife they needed to leave Tuesday night.
After Rincon took his wife home, he went back to the club at about 1:30 a.m. Wednesday and threatened a guard his gun.
