This week I got after my workouts pretty hard for five days straight since joining Team Fleks. Big shout out to Team Fleks creator Philip Filimoeatu for letting me be a part of this movement, which should not be a surprise as they state on their Facebook page “We help others and look for ways to serve, we are kind. We support others in improving themselves and achieving their goals. We may not be related, or even the same color, but we love and respect everyone their beliefs and their cultures.”
We have set this goal for Halloween called #Roadto300, and we are working out as much as we can as hard as we can–pushing each other toward the goal of having the “300” body from the movie. Is it achievable? I’m not sure, but I wanna give it a shot.
Coupled with this comradery is the recent loss of loved ones and a re-affirmation of how life is short, and I need to maximize not only the time I have for my family and friends but “Me” time too–and for me that’s working out.
Football season for little league is in full effect, and I am helping coach the Alta Little League Mighty Mites offensive & defensive lines. It is a lot of work but so rewarding to see young players eyes light up when they finally understand what we are trying to do.
I am so grateful for the continued support and push from everyone: Thank you so much.
