BIG COTTONWOOD CANYON, Utah – A man is recovering in the hospital after falling asleep and rolling his SUV about 50 feet down an embankment in Big Cottonwood Canyon overnight.
Unified officers said a 34-year-old man fell asleep and rolled his vehicle, landing 100 feet from the road.
Officers said a friend drove him to the hospital as a precaution; he is listed in good condition.
The man’s name has not been released.
