BIG COTTONWOOD CANYON, Utah – Crews were cleaning up after a dump truck overturned in Big Cottonwood Canyon Wednesday afternoon, and all lanes are now reopen after the crash.
Officials said the driver passed out for an unknown reason and the truck overturned, spilling the cargo on the roadway.
Traffic was alternating in the eastbound lanes on Big Cottonwood Canyon Rd./SR-190 at mile marker 4/Dogwood for some time, but just after 5 p.m. UDOT stated that the scene had been cleared and all lanes were open again.
