PROVO, Utah -- The Brigham Young University Cougars improved to 3-2 on the season after beating Connecticut at home in Provo Friday night, 30-13.
It was 10-10 as the teams entered the fourth quarter, but the Cougars finally ignited to outscore the Huskies 20-3 in the final quarter and bring home the win.

The Cougars are scheduled to play next on October 10, when they will host the East Carolina Pirates. That game is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. MST at LaVell Edwards Stadium in Provo.
