Halloween Reads:

"Frankenstein" by Rick Walton: funny picture book for young children by a local Utah author.
"Bunnicula" by James Howe: easy-going dog and conspiracy-theorist cat must contend with new family pet rabbit, whom the cat suspects is a vampire.
"The Graveyard Book" by Neil Gaiman: a boy whose parents were killed is raised by ghosts and other graveyard inhabitants. Award winning book and a favorite of middle readers.
"Pride and Prejudice and Zombies" 85% original Jane Austin text, infused with 15% zombie mayhem. Because what teenager hasn't wanted to spice up high-school English class on occasion?
