Most mountain locations above 7,500 feet are expected to get another two inches of snow through Friday morning.
Occasional winter driving conditions are to be expected on higher elevation routes near and above 7,500 feet.
Rain is expected in the Salt Lake Valley.
The best chance of heavy precipitation will be across southern Utah Thursday afternoon and evening.
Temperatures will be about 5-10 degrees lower than Wednesday.
Gusty northeast winds are possible Thursday and early Friday outside of St. George in Washington County.
