GRANTSVILLE, Utah – Authorities have given the “all clear” after a few schools in the Tooele County School District sheltered in place Tuesday afternoon while authorities searched for a known fugitive in the area.

Officials said Grantsville High School, Grantsville Jr. High, Grantsville Elementary and Willow Elementary were the schools affected.

Parents may now pick up their children.

During shelter-in-place, access to the building is limited and busing for secondary schools is delayed.

Authorities have not identified the fugitive or said why the suspect is wanted at this time.
