ROY, Utah – Officers have identified the woman who was hit by a car and killed Friday morning in Roy.
Authorities said 53-year-old Suzanne Starkey was crossing the road near 3800 S. and 1900 W. when she was hit but have not said whether she was in the cross walk or not.
Witnesses said 1900 W. is closed at this time.
