- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups enchilada sauce
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 cup prepared salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1 large avocado, diced
- Tortilla chips for serving
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Brown ground beef with salt and pepper in a large skillet. Drain. Add in onion and garlic; saute until tender, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in enchilada sauce and both cheeses. Cover and allow cheese to melt, about 3 more minutes. Stir in salsa and sour cream. Pour into a serving bowl. Garnish with cilantro and avocado. Serve with tortilla chips.
