The semi driver, 67-year-old Steven R. Stocks of Logan, suffered minor neck and back injuries.
After colliding with the semi, Diamond hit a black Mercedes SUV.
Troopers said the driver, 39-year-old Stacey A. Finn of Sandy, and passenger, a 15-year-old from Sandy, suffered minor back and neck injuries as well as minor cuts and bruising.
