OREM, Utah — Police in Orem are searching for a suspect who robbed a bank while wielding a handgun Thursday afternoon, and authorities have released surveillance images from the crime.
According to the Orem Police Department, the robbery occurred at about 1:25 p.m. Thursday at Capital Community Bank, 49 West University Parkway.
The suspect displayed a handgun during the robbery and then fled the area on a dark-colored bicycle.
The suspect is pictured above, and anyone who recognizes the man or who has knowledge about the crime is asked to call Orem PD at 801-229-7070.
