- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 10 refrigerator biscuits
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup bacon, cooked, crumbled
- Egg white, beaten
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 20 dill pickle slices
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
In a frying pan, brown ground beef with salt and pepper. Flatten the refrigerator biscuits and evenly top each with the cheese, beef and bacon.
Gather the edges up around the toppings and pinch together at the top. Place the cheeseburger bacon biscuits into a greased pie pan with the seam on the bottom. Brush the tops with a beaten egg white.
Sprinkle the tops with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Brush ketchup on. Attach 2 pickle slices with a toothpick. Serve immediately.
