- 1 (16 ounce) can fat-free, no salt added refried beans
- 1 cup freshly made guacamole or avocado chunks
- 1 cup prepared salsa
- 1/2 cup part skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 large tomato, juiced, diced
- 4 green onions, diced
- 2 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups non-fat sour cream
- 1 cup black olives, sliced
- Whole Grain tortilla chips and raw vegetables, for serving
In a large clear bowl or individual clear cups, layer the beans, guacamole or avocado chunks, salsa, cheese, tomato, green onions, lettuce, sour cream and black olives. Serve with tortilla chips and veggies. Store in the refrigerator until serving.
