WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah – A car took out a tree and landed in a West Valley City front yard leaving one person with critical injuries.
Officials said the driver of a Hyundai lost control, clipped a pickup truck and rolled into the front yard of a home near 4100 S. and 3400 W. overnight.
Three people were in the car; one was critically injured and the other two were not hurt.
Authorities are investigating whether drugs and alcohol are a factor.
The names of those involved have not been released.
