Mini Chorizo Egg Bakes

  • 6 oz. Chorizo - Brown and allow to cool
  • 6 eggs - Whisk and add 1/8 Cup Half and Half, salt, pepper, hot sauce, cayenne pepper to taste
  • 6 oz. Mexican cheese blend
  • Any type of bread - Cut into cubes

Grease muffin pan

Bake at 300 degrees for 10 – 15 minutes, until golden brown

Serve with sliced avocado, cilantro, salsa, sour cream
