- 1 Pork Tenderloin
- 1 Onion-Juliane
- 1 Cup Sauerkraut (drained)
- 1 Apple—Sliced thin
- 1 Small Can Concentrated Apple Juice
- 2 Cloves Garlic—Chopped
- Salt & Pepper
On the bottom of the pan place the 1 onion, 1 apple, and Chopped garlic.
Place Tenderloin on top of the apple onion and garlic and add the sauerkraut to the top of the tenderloin.
Drizzle the can of apple juice over everything. Bake at 375 until the internal temperature of the meat is 160-165 degrees.
