Edamame and Snow Pea Power Salad


1 lb snow peas, sliced on the diagonal

1 lb edamame, shelled

6 radishes, sliced thinly

½ cup multi colored quinoa

2 TBSP sesame seeds


4 TBSP rice wine vinegar

2 TBSP olive oil

4 tsp raw honey

2 tsp toasted sesame oil

2 tsp soy sauce

  1. Combine salad ingredients except sesame seeds in large bowl. Set aside
  2. Mix together dressing ingredients and pour over salad
  3. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of salad.
  4. Store in fridge until ready to serve
