Lamb Sliders (or beef)
3 pounds ground lamb or beef
1/2 cup yellow onions -- minced
1 tablespoon mint or thyme if using beef -- finely chopped
1/4 cup parsley sprig -- chopped
2 tablespoons chef Todd's pit seasoning
2 tablespoons garlic
Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
Portion sliders into 2.5 oz portions, pack into patties.
Sear the lamb in a hot skillet, to caramelize and cook to medium well.
Grill the bun and serve with your desired toppings.
