PHILADELPHIA — Vermont Senator and presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders will meet with Utah’s delegation to the Democratic National Convention.
The Utah Democratic Party said Sanders will appear with Martin O’Malley, another one-time presidential candidate, at a breakfast meeting on Thursday. Utah’s delegation will share the meeting with Idaho, Hawaii, North Dakota, South Dakota, and West Virginia.
Sanders has urged his followers to support Hillary Clinton’s campaign. The senator won Utah’s Democratic Caucus with an overwhelming amount of support and a majority of delegates were pledged to him at the DNC.
