SALT LAKE CITY — They have their mascot, team colors and, soon, Utah's new indoor football league will have their first head coach.

The Salt Lake Screaming Eagles are part of the Indoor Football League, which allows fans to make key decisions about its teams by voting online.

One of the contenders to coach the Screaming Eagles already has experience playing indoor football in Utah. Al-Vance Robinson used to be a wide receiver for the Utah Blaze, which was part of the now-defunct XFL. Robinson participated in a 40-minute interview for the job on Sunday.

Watch the video above to hear from Robinson and click here for more information on voting.
