LAKE CHARLES, La. — An 11-year-old boy opened a video game he purchased at a GameStop store and found a baggie of methamphetamine, according to KPLC.

The boy’s father returned the game and called police. Both the manager for the local GameStop and the company’s spokesperson say used games are checked before being shipped to the store but aren’t checked again once they arrive.

They have no idea how or when the meth was placed inside the game and say they have no idea how to track where the game came from.
