Author of “Spirit of the Game” previews new film

"Spirit of the Game" tells the story of a group of Latter Day-Saint missionaries coined as "Mormon Yankees" who help the Australian national basketball team prepare for the 1956 Olympic games. Fred Woods is a BYU professor that wrote the book Mormon Yankees: Giants on and off the Court  and served as story adviser for the movie. He and actual 'Mormon Yankee' Bob Pedersen visited Good Day Utah to discuss the film and the story behind it.
