WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah – Authorities have identified the person who was killed when she was hit by a car in West Valley as 21-year-old Kaitlynn Wicker.
Police said a vehicle hit and killed Wicker at 4100 S. Bannock Dr. Monday morning.
No other information about the incident has been released.
