LAYTON, Utah - Fire crews are investigating what sparked the fire at a Layton medical clinic near 3200 W. 1000 N. Wednesday.
The fire started at the clinic on 3225 W. Gordon Ave. just after 7 a.m.
Officials closed the road and asked residents to avoid the area.
No serious injuries were reported.
Firefighters estimate the flames caused about $250,000 in damage in the building worth about $2.5 million.
