ST. GEORGE, Utah — A St. George resident captured what appears to be a close up look at a lightning strike Wednesday.
Jill Bowler says she was on her back porch with her daughter during a storm Wednesday and was filming when lighting struck.
In the video it appears a lightning strike occurs nearby, and a loud crack is audible. The still image to the right shows the moment of the apparent strike.
