OGDEN, Utah — Over 4,200 people are without power in Ogden, according to Rocky Mountain Power.
RMP estimated that power will be restored by 10:30 p.m. and spokesman David Eskelsen said birds caused damage to a substation, which caused the outage.
The substation is located near the mouth of Weber Canyon.
