TOOELE – Police are asking for the public’s help to find a man not seen for three weeks.
Sidney Minor, who also goes by Scott, was last seen in Tooele on December 7.
He is not considered to be an endangered adult.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Tooele City Police at 435-882-8900.
