WEST JORDAN, Utah — Police and fire officials are investigating the discovery of a burning car with a body inside in West Jordan.
According to a West Jordan Police spokesman, the firefighter was driving near 7500 S Jordan Landing Blvd. when he noticed a black Prius on fire. The firefighter extinguished the fire and found the body.
The cause of the fire and the cause of death are unknown, the West Jordan Police spokesman said.
West Jordan Police later said the incident was possibly a suicide. The 29-year-old man's name will not be released.
