Wasatch Fire District responded to a cabin fire in Timber Lakes Wednesday afternoon.
According to Janet Carson with WFD, a homeowner was checking in on his cabin along Hawk Lane when he saw smoke coming out of the back deck. He called 911 and when crews arrived, the cabin was fully engulfed in flames.
Crews were able to safely extinguish the fire. Extensive damage to the home was reported with no estimated value of loss. No cause of the fire has been determined.
