SALT LAKE CITY — A driver rammed into a train and survived with only minor injuries early Friday morning in Salt Lake City.
Police on the scene said the driver went through the crossing arm and collided with the train, causing their car to be dragged by the locomotive for about 100 yards.
Traffic was halted in the 200 South and 700 West area. Police said they expected the cleanup to last until noon.
