SOUTH SALT LAKE — A fire broke out Saturday evening at a recycling plant in South Salt Lake.
Materials behind the Rocky Mountain Recycling facility were burning, generating thick plumes of smoke seen all over the Salt Lake Valley.
Fire crews from multiple local agencies responded.
