MAGNA, Utah — People in the Magna, Salt Lake City and West Valley city communities affected by the Magna Water District's boil order can pick up free bottled water Friday.
Smith's Food & Drug delivered a large shipment of bottled water Thursday night, and the water is available for pickup at the Magna Water District's office at 8885 W 3500 S from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday.
On Thursday, the water district issued a boil order after the discovery of a raccoon in one of the district's storage tanks.
