The President of the United States took to Twitter Thursday to announce he is committing $64.5M dollars to help build a bus service between Weber State University and McKay-Dee Hospital.
Ogden, Utah, I am committing $64.5M to build bus service between Weber State University and McKay-Dee Hospital—very important services for Utahans! @RideUTA

President Trump stated that the service is very important to Utahns.
The initial post, caused confusion because WSU and McKay-Dee Hospital are less than a mile apart. As well as already have a bus service between the two locations.
You know they're right across the street from each other? https://t.co/M8qd70TXz1 pic.twitter.com/K3gUhxkvgC

Utah Transit Authority released details on the project titled "The Ogden Weber State University Bus Rapid Transit".
The project is a 5.3-mile route from the Ogden FrontRunner commuter rail station to WSU and McKay-Dee Hospital.
The Ogden/WSU BRT will improve and replace the existing 603 route and will include 13 stations and exclusive bus lanes from 32nd Street & Harrison up to the Dee Events Center.
The new line will have 10-minute service from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with 15-minute to 30-minute service on weekends.
No estimated time of completion was given in the details.
