SALT LAKE CITY — while Real Salt Lake is facing some downtime with Major League Soccer on pause, they're doing their part to give back to our community.
today the RSL Foundation donated $5,000 and trucks full of food intended for postponed RSL matches to the Utah Food Bank.
All of this food is going to help those in need during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Not only that, but the donation is also a big helping hand to the food bank during this trying time.
The Utah Food Bank says for every dollar donated, they can stretch that dollar more than seven times that amount in goods and services.
