SALT LAKE CITY — You know what they say, "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade."
A group of Salt Lake City skateboarders took that to heart after Tuesday's windstorm left them with a makeshift skate ramp in their own front yard.
Arianna Rees spotted the skaters using the concrete slab as a ramp after it was ripped off the sidewalk by an uprooted tree.
Some kids have started using some torn up sidewalk in downtown SLC as a skate ramp. I’m dead lol pic.twitter.com/vBloREA2yy

A few skaters were seen performing tricks on the ramp just before sundown Wednesday.
With so many parks across the region closed due to downed trees, these skateboarders found a way to keep on skating despite the circumstances.
