The Salt Lake City Police department is asking for the public’s help in locating 22-year-old Olivia Graham. She was last seen at Liberty Park on Tuesday, April 28 around 3 p.m.
Police say Graham is mentally disabled and may possibly be with a white male adult.
She was last seen wearing spandex tye-dye shorts and a black tank top. She has a lip piercing and wears glasses.
