WASHINGTON, Utah — A driver and their dog had to be rescued Friday night after a vehicle was trapped by floodwaters near Washington City.
In a post to Facebook, Washington City Fire Department said the rescue was an important reminder for for drivers to stay aware of current weather conditions and be mindful of flowing water.
