St. George Police locate missing and endangered man

Update: The St. George Police have located 60-year-old Ted Grant Lindhardt in Washington City. Police say he is safe and being evaluated for heat-related issues.

Previous: The St. George Police Department is currently searching for 60-year-old Ted Grant Lindhardt.

Mr. Lindhardt was last seen on Wednesday, June 17 around noon in the area of 2000 E and 600 N in St. George, Utah.

Mr. Lindhardt was last seen wearing a long-sleeve gray shirt with dark sleeves, blue jeans and black shoes. He is described as a Caucasian male standing 5 feet 4 inches and weighs 160 pounds with gray hair.

According to police, Ted has a mental disability which makes communicating what he is saying difficult. Mr. Lindhardt also requires medication for early-stage symptoms of Alzheimer's.

Police say he has no money, water or identification with him.
