Unified Police ask for public’s help in locating missing, endangered child

MILLCREEK, Utah — Authorities are asking for help in locating a missing and endangered six-year-old boy.

Terran Butler was on a court-supervised visit with his biological mother Emily Jolley on Saturday.

When his father attempted to pick him up, Jolley had taken Terran from the residence without consent.

Terran was last seen in the area of Millcreek with Jolley. They are both pictured above.

He is Caucasian, has brown hair, and was last seen wearing a blue shirt, black gym shorts, and black and blue hiking boots.

Jolley is a 43-year-old Caucasian woman, approximately 5’8”, 140 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.

She drives a blue 2008 Toyota Prius with a Utah license plate E847GT.

Jolley has ties to Washington state, and may be traveling there with Terran.

At this time, the incident does not meet Amber Alert criteria.
