Utah Co. Sheriff's Office conducts live shooter training drill

SPANISH FORK, Utah — With the number of school shootings increasing over the last decade, many police departments are putting more focus on how law enforcement should react, and how to keep students safe during a shooting incident.

Using real students and staff, the Utah County Sheriff's Office conducted a live shooter training drill at Diamond Fork Junior High School to help prepare police departments should the worst-case scenario arise.
